…and it’s pretty good, though my dad claims to have invented it first.
has been working out 4-5 days per week and week 3 is done.
starting to notice /see a difference and it feels good. time to take the weekend off, get out of town to enjoy some much needed time with my family, then hurry back to attend the Esme Barrera benefit that my peeps at Gran Sonido Music Group (GSMG) and i are throwing at Frontier Bar on Sunday. happy friday and i hope you all have a great weekend.
